Wolf Ethology Course

Join Vermilion Community College and the International Wolf Center in an on-line course with a one-week field component studying the behavior, ecology and habitat of wolves. The on-line component can be taken anytime, the field component is June 20 - 27, 2003 in Ely, Minnesota.

Topics include:
Pack Dynamics, Socialization

Predatory/Hunting Behavior

Territorial Maintenance and Habitat Selection

Wolf Communication

Behavioral Interpretation of Canid Behavior

Wolf Management Issues and Research Applications
