This is a website that connects classrooms with other classrooms who are gathering information about rivers; their social history, the art literature, and music they inspire, their natural history, the fish birds and animals who live in, on, or near rivers, their ecology and water quality, their commercial and recreational uses. The site also has a bibliography of books about rivers, as well as hotlinks to other websites pages with information on rivers.
