Description:

This adult volunteer program is for those who are interested in learning more about Minnesota's natural resources and providing conservation education or service within their communities.

A Master Naturalist completes a 40-hour, hands-on course with expert instructors and fellow learners, studying natural history, environmental interpretation and conservation stewardship.

Participants receive detailed course manuals and certificates of accomplishment. Final certification comes with the completion of 40 hours of volunteer service. Each course costs $200. Scholarships are available.
