Description:

The Maplewood Nature Center consists of 40 acres of trails through woods and wetlands which include a boardwalk. The visitor center has exhibits including an energy bike. There are naturalist led programs or self guided activities. The newly renovsated sustainable yard has a new childrens play area with climbing rock and picnic tables. The nature center and trails are free to explore. Some naturalist led programs require a minimal fee. There is snowshoe rental in the winter. Birthday parties are also offered. 651-249-2170
