Description:

A sport fish consumption guide to Minnesota waters of Lake Superior. This one sheet pamphlet gives advice about eating fish from lake superior by species, and includes advice for cleaning and cooking fish to reduce potentially-hazardous contaminants. The aim is to encourage modification of fishing and fish-eating habits, rather than to discourage eating fish. The message was prepared by the Great Lakes Sport Fish Advisory Task Force and is used in the great lake states.
