Description:

The trunk includes materials for hands on activities, fossils, sedimentary rock samples, a 3-D karst model, geologic atlas maps for SE MN counties (with classroom activity sheets), Karst Operator’s Manual, karst slide show, videos, books, posters, fact sheets and other information about karst and water quality, caves, wells, etc., as well as locations in SE MN where karst features can be seen. Activities are geared toward middle school students, but can be used for younger or older audiences.
