Disney Friends for Change Grant
Post Date: September 11, 2019
Resource Type:
  • Grant | Funding
Description:

Disney Friends for Change Grants offer young change-makers an opportunity to receive a $500 grant to help make a lasting, positive change in the world. Whether you are passionate about protecting the planet, providing meals to those who need them, or giving kids just like you the resources they need to star in their own play, be an athlete or an artist, you can be a Friend for Change!

Disney Friends for Change Grants provide $500 in funding for service projects taking place on or around Global Youth Service Day in April. Applicants leading high-impact and/or large-scale projects may also request an additional $500 grant (up to $1,000, total) to support their work.

What are we looking for?
We are looking for projects that highlight the creativity and commitment of young people working to meet the needs of others. We want to show how small actions can add up to big changes.

Who can apply?
Youth ages 5-18 located in all 50 states and the District of Columbia are eligible to apply.

Applications are in February.
