Description:

As an educator, you can borrow up to eight small specimens at a time from the Museum's education collections. Science teachers often borrow real natural history specimens for classroom lessons, and art teachers can obtain items for their students to sketch.

The collection includes material from many of Minnesota's animals, including deer, beaver, raccoon, etc. Specimens include bird study skins, mammal study skins, animal bones and skulls, fossils, rocks, shells, antlers, and horns.
