With Alex the frog as the guide, the Urban Water Cycle - on CD ROM and online - takes teachers, students, and citizens into underground aquifers, up water towers, and squeezing through the maze of pipes that circulate water through three related systems in urban environments. It's a journey that leads to new understanding of the importance of using water wisely. Includes: engaging videos, visualizations, interactive simulations and a standards-based classroom activity guide.
The CD covers all parts of the urban water cycle, including: (1) Drinking Water, (2) Waste Water and (3) Storm Water.
