Description:

Unveil the secrets and wonders of a world you've never seen before, deep beneath Lake Superior. Journey in time as you witness how the lake has changed over the past 150 years. Create your own sand dunes. Interact with the unpredictable weather of Lake Superior. Navigate a 1,000-foot ore freighter. And come face to face with everything from a playful otter to sleek salmon.

This is the world that awaits you at Great Lakes Aquarium. The 62,382-square foot building is one of the area's most popular attractions and houses aquarium exhibits, a natural history center, science center, cultural exhibits and more - all designed to teach you the wonders of the lake we call Superior.

Great Lakes Aquarium offers individual admission, group rates, school and community programs, outreach opportunities, and more, all designed to achieve our mission: Great Lakes Aquarium inspires people to explore their connection with Lake Superior and the waters of the world.
