Stormwater BMP Specialist – Full Time

Capitol Region Watershed District seeks a Stormwater Best Management Practice (BMP) Specialist to manage and implement the District’s Stewardship Grant Program, a cost-share water quality improvement grant program for District residents, businesses, schools and community organizations. The Specialist is responsible for coordinating the design and construction of rain gardens and other BMPs by outside contractors, communicating with interested property owners and grantees, and grant administration. The District is an equal opportunity employer that embraces and values diversity and seeks to recruit, promote and retain employees that reflect the community we serve. A Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent is required. The salary ranges from $46,400 – $69,600 plus benefits.
