Education Coordinators perform professional work planning and implementing designated educational and enrichment programs for formal and informal learning environments.
Here’s what you can expect to do in these positions:
Residency Education Specialists
- These positions are part-time, 32 hours per week for nine months from September to May, starting its initial season in December 2024 and running for six months through May.
- These part-time positions supports Como's high-impact Residency Program, providing a hands-on learning experience about local flora and fauna and our interactions with the natural world. The program consists of four consecutive days of activities, held either at Como or at schools, ensuring access for students from both the metro area and Greater Minnesota.

Position Requirements
A Bachelor's Degree and two years of experience working in formal or informal educational settings.
Must possess a valid Minnesota Class D Driver's License, or equivalent out-of-state driver's license.
A combination of education and experience to equal 6 years or more can be used to qualify for the position.
