The Administrative Assistant is responsible for greeting park users, disseminating park information, answering questions on programs, assisting those using the facility, scheduling interpretive programs, and facility reservations. The Administrative Assistant is the recreation and facility reservation software work unit expert and is responsible for coordinating customer profiles, class registration, updating class information for the public, program fee collecting and reconciliation, program reports, and statistical reporting. This position is also responsible for financial transactions, both electronically and in-person, and completing the appropriate financial documentation.
