Job Description

The Bell Museum is hiring a Grand Rapids Summer Camp Operations and Education Associate. The Operations & Education Associate is responsible for leading first aid and emergency safety plans for the camp in addition to assisting the Lead Educator with co-facilitating educational experiences centered on environmental science, natural history, and agriculture for children entering 2nd - 6th grade during the Bell Museum’s Grand Rapids 2022 summer camp pilot program. The Safety Lead creates a safe, engaging, age-appropriate, and positive learning environment for campers while working with other summer camp staff and NCROC researchers. This camp is a collaborative effort between the Bell Museum and the North Central Research and Outreach Center (NCROC) and is located in Grand Rapids, Minnesota.
