Springbrook Nature Center is Hiring Naturalists for 2023!
5 Positions are Available:
2 Spring/Summer Positions (2/27/2023 - 8/24/2023)
2 Summer/Fall positions (6/5/2023 - 12/1/2023)
1 Summer only position (6/5/2023 - 8/24/2023)
Seasonal, 40 hours per week, Pay rate is 17.15/hour
1 Weekend day will be part of the work week.
Position Duties
-
- Develop, conduct, and market environmental education curricula & programs including summer camp.
- Develop, conduct, market other environmental education programs
- Help maintain exhibit animals including reptile, amphibians, and insects.
- Organize and lead a variety of small group activities as developed by the Springbrook staff. Activities may include hiking, nature explorations, crafts, games, canoeing, archery, stream and pond hikes, and art and drama activities.
