Join our Mission Advancement team as a Development Project Coordinator. This position is responsible for the coordination and timely delivery of fundraising deliverables to various constituent groups, both internal and external and will lead the delivery and completion of development project initiatives of varying degrees of complexity that involves obtaining agreement/adoption of project objectives and deliverables by key sponsors. This role also manages the completion of small and medium-sized grant renewals and reporting.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the delivery of small to medium scope development projects.
- Coordinate and track various projects through an entire project lifecycle.
- Partner with all museum departments to ensure work is done according to demands.
- Work closely with the development team on the creation of proposals with deliverables, ensuring that all components are delivered accurately and on schedule.
- Coordinate and produce sponsorship fulfillment and funding reports. Tasks include collecting data, creating timelines, working cross-departmentally to produce reports and distribute appropriately.
- Proactive management deadlines for solicitations, reporting, and benefit tracking.
- Serve as primary resource for Customer Relations Management (CRM) database for corporate, foundation, government and sponsor records; monitor records to ensure timely completion of grant renewals and reporting and create tasks for appropriate annual follow up.
- Takes initiative in solving problems and regularly applies critical thinking and problem-solving skills in all areas of work, within established guidelines. Has strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Assist in preparation and distribution of written and verbal information to inform donors and prospects of donor benefits.
- Update and ensure accuracy of funder recognition and benefits listings.
- Provide additional administrative support such as PO processing, meeting logistics, and basic office support.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate of Arts (AA) in Business Administration or a similar field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven ability to foster and manage relationships and drive process.
- Proven donor management and/or database experience required.
- Demonstrated project management, organizational, and problem-solving / troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work well to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Tessitura CRM database experience.
- Knowledge of and experience in non-profit organizations and fund-raising efforts.
- Familiarity with Science, Technology, Engineering, Math (STEM) issues, and science programs valued, but not required
- Cultural competency and experience working with diverse communities.
- Willingness to be open and respectful of all backgrounds.
- Fluency in language(s) other than English valued (Hmong, Somali, Spanish).
Starting Pay Rate: $50,000 USD or more per year / Depending on Qualifications.
