It may be cold and wintery outside but at the Bell we are looking forward to the upcoming Summer Camp season. Please share the following opportunity with anyone in your network interested in a seasonal position, from May- August, in Grand Rapid, Minnesota.
The Camp Coordinator is responsible for supporting campers and camp classroom dynamics and assisting in the management of camp staff for the second year of the Bell Museum’s Grand Rapids summer camp pilot program in 2023. The Camp Coordinator will occasionally assist the Lead Educator with co-facilitating educational experiences centered on environmental science, natural history, and agriculture for children entering 2nd - 6th grade. The Camp Coordinator works with summer camp staff and NCROC researchers to create a safe, engaging, age-appropriate, and positive learning environment for campers. This camp is a collaborative effort between the Bell Museum and the North Central Research and Outreach Center (NCROC) and is located in Grand Rapids, Minnesota.
