Make Your Own Rain Barrel Workshop

Description

Save money on your water bill and protect the Red River's water quality by making your own rain barrel. This workshop includes a short presentation about the basics of water quality, the effects of storm water runoff and step by step building of a rain barrel.

This class is held outside, so dress for the weather. Come prepared to carry home an empty 55-gallon rain barrel.

Fee: $59.00 includes supplies.

All supplies are included. However, we have a limited number of drills. If you have your own, please bring it.

Cass and Clay County residents may be eligible for partial reimbursement of fee; information will be available upon completion of the workshop.
